Class Enrollment Cancellation Policy: Classes conducted are based on enrollments. Therefore, class cancellation by student within ten (10) days prior to start of class, or failure to attend ("no-show") by student is subject to forfeiture of entire fee and no credit will be issued. No exceptions. Refunds may be requested only if scheduled course canceled by the Nautical School.

More Information

All master captains seeking to operate an Inspected Sailboat (carrying more than 6 passengers) must hold a sailing endorsement. The Nautical School offers the course "on-line" in conjunction with Explorers Guide Maritime Academy. This is a 4-hour on-line course.

This course fulfills the USCG requirements for an Auxiliary Sail Endorsement on a Masters license. All sailboat captains holding a Masters license must also hold an Auxiliary Sail Endorsement (sailboat with engine).
