Candidate Moose was SOOOO focused on his courses and mathematics that he repeatedly forgot the word CHART and called it the "M-Word" once too often, earning him a place on the "M-WORD HALL OF SHAME"

Joseph Holtgrewe, one of FDNY's bravest, wasn't so brave when he continually called the chart the dreaded "M-Word."

Dave & Dave Huebner Jr. (father & son) BOTH earned the dubious distinction of making in to the "Wall of Shame" together. Both dad & son took the course at our Manasquan location and continually used the dreded "M" word when referring to the nautical chart. Despite these egregious faux pas, they completed their curriculums and became Captains.

Professional Jets foot ball player Todd Berger (#22) earned his coveted spot on the "M-Word Wall of Shame" by calling the chart the dreded "M-Word". Tsk, tsk Todd, you may have even won a superbowl had you known then it's called a CHART - NOT a "MAP"!

UNBELIEVABLE! They BOTH did great on the exams BUT just couldn't stop using the dreaded "M" WORD! So, they proudly display the special "trophy" and even wore a helmet to commemorate the honor.

Although very proficient in the art and science of navigation, Capt. Roy just couldn't help himself from calling the CHART that dreaded M-Word earning him a coveted spot in our Wall of Shame!

Although very astute in the science and art of navigation, Mark earned his place on this "wall of shame" for reaptedly calling the chart the dreaded "M" word! (Psst, it's NOT a map!)
